Learning objectives

The doctor-patient relationship is special and critically determines the evolution of the patient's course. Students in this course gain knowledge about the importance of communication and its contribution to improving the patient's psychology. They gain knowledge and learn through practical examples the importance of understanding medical information, trust and honesty, while maintaining professionalism in this relationship.

Course content

Basic principles of communication between health professionals and the patient, clear presentation of medical information, detailed instructions for treatment of diseases and diagnostic tests, announcement of unpleasant news.
