After completing the course, the students will have a clear picture of the basic principles of screening and early diagnosis, the main characteristics of screening programs, the operational and performance indicators and the expected results in population health indicators.

  • Indicators of sensitivity, specificity, positive and negative predictive value
  • National and European guidelines for the management of cancer early diagnosis programs, quality criteria
  • Structure and utilization of neoplasia logs
  • Data management, quality control, public health.
